Major Works

(EXCERPTS)

A 1,200-line narrative poem in heptameter exploring consciousness, mortality, and the persistence of meaning through the physics of spacetime.

"Meaning is ascribed to that which many dream to know. Seeming is believing, and our deep desires bestow a longing and a yearning for the past to reach the now, and faring-well we find the future's threads and disavow all fear that stems from losing that which fears-not losing us, though nothing will be lost within our old place blessed with rust, for time and space will carry tide and story on dark pages, and they shall keep existence, though the chaos 'round us rages."

The Bower

A narrative poem of emergence and transformation.

"Propelled by all the river's scorn I was expelled through ice and snow into the sunlit world above."

Token

"His tender touch renders more loot than a thousand pirates' grandest schemes; the warm sun glints from a magpie's eye like gold. This dirt bears the tread of my soles—"
